Terms & Conditions
1. Open worldwide. The promotion runs for 44 hours only, from 8pm BST on 9 September 2026 to 4pm BST on 11 September 2026.
2. One automatic entry per qualifying purchase made on plus44.world during the promotional period. Each qualifying order constitutes one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of eligible orders an entrant may place during the promotional period.
3. No purchase is necessary where prohibited by law. To enter for free, email competitions@plus44.world with the subject line "Silverstone Giveaway" and include your full name, age and country of residence. Free entries must be received before the closing time. Free entries will be treated equally to purchase entries and have an equal chance of winning.
4. Employees of Plus44, its affiliated companies, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter.
5. Plus44 reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes is fraudulent, incomplete, or submitted in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. The random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received before the closing date. One winner will be randomly selected within seven (7) days of the closing date and contacted via the email address used at checkout or provided in their free entry. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being contacted, Plus44 reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prize: One (1) Silverstone '26 Championship Tee (White) in size Medium, signed by Lewis Hamilton. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. The prize is accepted at the winner's own risk. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Plus44's control, Plus44 reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Plus44 will cover standard shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
8. Entrants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If the winner is under the age of majority, the prize may only be accepted by or on behalf of the winner with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Plus44 reserves the right to request proof of age and/or eligibility before awarding the prize. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable time may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternative winner.
9. Where required by applicable Canadian law, Canadian winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before the prize can be awarded.
10. This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Additional eligibility, verification or prize-claim requirements may apply in certain jurisdictions where required by applicable law.
11. By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Plus44 Privacy Policy. Personal information submitted in connection with this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway and handled in accordance with the Plus44 Privacy Policy. Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the promotion and comply with legal obligations.
12. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Plus44 may publish and use their first name, country of residence and, if provided voluntarily, any photographs, videos or testimonials relating to the prize or this promotion for reasonable promotional purposes in connection with this promotion, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by applicable law.
13. Plus44 reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion, where necessary due to fraud, technical failures, legal requirements or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
14. This promotion operated by Plus44. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform or Lewis Hamilton personally. Lewis Hamilton's participation is limited solely to providing the signed prize. Lewis Hamilton is not responsible for the administration of this promotion or the selection of the winner.
15. This promotion, and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
